No, we do not issue refunds based on inactivity or unused time. Once your purchase is completed and access is granted, the sale is final.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

To cancel:

  • Navigate to Account

  • Select Cancel

We are not responsible for missed cancellations, and refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel prior to renewal.

You will retain access through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
