PJF App Won’t Load, Freezes, or Keeps Crashing

If the PJF App won’t open, freezes, or crashes, follow the steps below in order.
Most issues are resolved in under 5 minutes.


Step 1: Fully Close the App

Make sure the app is completely closed (not just minimized).

  • iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.

  • Android: Open recent apps and swipe the app away.

Then reopen the app.


Step 2: Check Your Internet Connection

The app requires a stable connection to load properly.

  • Make sure Wi-Fi or cellular data is on.

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.

  • Make sure Airplane Mode is off.

  • If using Wi-Fi, restart your router.

If other apps are also not loading, the issue is likely your connection.


Step 3: Check for App Updates

An outdated version can cause loading or crashing issues.

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Search for PJF Performance.

  3. Tap Update if available.


Step 4: Restart Your Device

Turn your phone completely off.
Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and reopen the app.


Step 5: Reinstall the App

If the issue continues:

  1. Delete the PJF App.

  2. Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Log back into your account.

Your account, programs, and progress are saved to your profile — you will not lose anything.
