Video Audio Isn’t Playing

If a workout video has no sound, follow the steps below.


Step 1: Check Your Device Settings

Make sure:

  • Your phone is not on silent.

  • Do Not Disturb is turned off.

  • Your device volume is turned up.

  • The volume buttons are adjusted while the video is playing.

Some devices control media volume separately from ringer volume.


Step 2: Check the Video Player Volume

Some devices allow volume control inside the video player itself.

  • Tap the video.

  • Look for a volume icon or slider.

  • Make sure it is not muted.


Step 3: Test Another Video

Open a different workout video.

  • If other videos play sound normally, the issue may be specific to one video.

  • If none of the videos have sound, the issue is likely device-related.


Step 4: Disconnect External Devices

If you are using:

  • Bluetooth headphones

  • AirPods

  • External speakers

Disconnect them and test the video again.

Audio may be routing to a connected device instead of your phone speaker.


Step 5: Restart the App

  • Close the app completely.

  • Reopen it and test the video again.

If the issue continues, restart your device.

  • Whether you are using Bluetooth

  • A short screen recording (if possible)
