Videos Keep Buffering, Freezing, or Won’t Load
If your workout videos are lagging, freezing, or not loading at all, follow the steps below in order.
Most playback issues are caused by internet connection or outdated app versions.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
Video streaming requires a stable connection.
Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on.
If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router.
Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Turn off Airplane Mode if enabled.
Restart your router if needed.
If other apps or videos are also slow, the issue is likely your internet connection.
Step 2: Fully Close and Reopen the App
Close the app completely (do not just minimize it), then reopen it and try the video again.
Step 3: Update the App
Outdated versions can cause playback issues.
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for PJF Performance.
Tap Update if available.
Step 4: Restart Your Device
Power your device off completely.
Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and reopen the app.
Step 5: Reinstall the App
If the issue continues:
Delete the app.
Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play.
Log back into your account.
Your programs and progress are saved to your account and will not be lost.
