PJF App Running Slow or Lagging

If the PJF app feels sluggish, freezes, or takes a long time to load, try the steps below.


Step 1: Close Background Apps

Close unused apps running in the background.
Too many open apps can slow performance.


Step 2: Restart Your Device

Restarting your device clears temporary memory and often improves speed immediately.


Step 3: Update the App

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the PJF app from:

  • App Store (iPhone)

  • Google Play (Android)

Outdated versions may run slower or experience bugs.


Step 4: Turn Off Low Power Mode

Low Power Mode (or Battery Saver) can reduce performance.

Disable it temporarily and test the app again.


Step 5: Check Device Storage

If your device storage is nearly full, performance may suffer.

  • Free up space if needed.

  • Aim to keep at least 1–2 GB available.


Step 6: Check Your Internet Connection

Slow loading, especially for videos, may be connection-related.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  • Move closer to your router.

  • Restart your router if needed.
