Videos Not Playing in the PJF App?

If videos will not start, stay on a loading screen, or fail to play in the PJF App, try the steps below in order.


Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

  • Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.

  • Confirm your connection is stable.

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.

If other apps or videos are also not loading, the issue is likely your connection.


Step 2: Force Close and Reopen the App

Completely close the PJF App (do not just minimize it), then reopen it and try the video again.


Step 3: Log Out and Log Back In

Refreshing your session can resolve playback issues.

  • Log out of your account.

  • Close the app.

  • Reopen and log back in.


Step 4: Update the App

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the PJF App.

  • Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

  • Search for PJF Performance.

  • Tap Update if available.


Step 5: Restart Your Device

Power your phone or tablet off completely.
Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and reopen the app.

If the issue continues, email pjfsystem@pjfsystem.com and include:

  • Device type (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc.)

  • Device model

  • OS version

  • App version (if known)

  • Program name

  • Video name

  • A short description of what happens when you press play

  • A screenshot or screen recording (if possible)
