I Can’t Log In or Used the Wrong Email
If you’re seeing a login error, it’s usually because the email you’re using doesn’t match the one from your original purchase.
Check your order confirmation email and copy the exact email address used at checkout. That is the address tied to your account.
Entered the Wrong Email During Sign-Up?
If you accidentally used the wrong email address:
Log in via the website (not the app).
Open your profile.
Navigate to My Stuff on the left side of the screen
Click Edit Profile.
Update your email address under Account Information and save your changes.
Once updated, you should be able to log in normally.
