Tracking Updates and Shipping Delays
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email from our fulfillment partner.
If your tracking link hasn’t updated in a few days, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package at its next stop yet — not that it’s lost.
What to Do
Wait 3–5 business days after the last tracking scan.
Check your spam or junk folder for any carrier update emails.
We’ll review the carrier report and provide an update as soon as possible.
