Tracking Updates and Shipping Delays

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email from our fulfillment partner.

If your tracking link hasn’t updated in a few days, it usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package at its next stop yet — not that it’s lost.


What to Do

  1. Wait 3–5 business days after the last tracking scan.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder for any carrier update emails.

  3. If there’s still no progress after 5 business days, email pjfsystem@pjfsystem.com and include your order number.

We’ll review the carrier report and provide an update as soon as possible.
